What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
There wasn’t anything unexpected. However during the stock pitch you had to really know the company and understand how it operates. During the follow up questions, you have to be prepared to know more details and to know how to link everything to the current events and what’s happening on the stock market. Other questions were pretty basic, they asked why Morgan Stanley and about my experience from my resume. Overall it was a good experience, the professionals were very friendly and asked fairly easy questions.

Please describe the interview / hiring process.:
After sending my application I was invited to complete hirevue. I was cut in the middle of my answer which happened for the first time. After a month I received a few emails to schedule phone interviews. I talked with 2 professionals. It wasn’t very difficult, mostly behavioral questions but I didn’t receive any information about superday/rejection yet.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
For the questions about my experience and things listed on my resume - I tried to be prepared to talk about everything I had on my resume so know what you did in your previous jobs/internships. For questions about Morgan Stanley and why I want to work for them, I just did my research and told about their advantages. For the stock pitch, I did a very detailed research about the company that I chose. I prepared only one stock that I would buy for the long term and it was enough for the phone interview.
