All four interviewers asked very similar questions about strengths and weaknesses, types of people that you find hardest to work with, past internship experience details, ways in which you are trying to set a higher standard for others. The questions were mostly targeted to test the corporate fit and see if you come across as a decent person. The most unexpected part of the interview process was being asked to specifically remember details of one of the tasks that I was assigned during one of my internships.

Since most of the questions were typical behavioral, none of them were unexpected. I also discussed one weakness and mentioned all the ways in which I am trying to improve it. Overall, it is important to emphasize your ability of working well with others and providing specific examples to back up your claims. The last question was unexpected but I managed to remember the details and give a coherent response.
