Sadness (Cons):
Salary sucks, Conversion rate is so low (around 10% o even less). You can be working as an intern a whole year and end up without a FT offer. You got to work your ass off. Try to be friendly with other groups and network with colleagues from other areas of the bank if you are 100% committed to receive a FT offer. Otherwise it would be extremely difficult to land an offer.

Tips to Senior Management:
Try to value your interns more. Some of them are pretty good and end up signing offers in more reputed banks than BBVA. This should warn the management about the talent they are loosing.

Atmosphere and camaraderie among the team is quite good. Your learning curve is steep and you can learn tons. Lifestyle is chill although earning season is tough. Some analyst are really reputed and come from BB background.
