If known, what % of interns received full time offers?:
Not Sure
Sadness (Cons):
You get put in a sector specific role but there is no real sector specific leaders to learn from. Typically, it takes 3-4 years to become a research analyst but at Canalyst you could get promoted to research analyst after 1 year out of undergrad. This person would now be a sector leader and train other fresh grads so there isn't really sector specific training or reliable sector specific mentors.
You are pretty much just inputting numbers in a model for 10 hours a day.

Tips to Senior Management:
In my anonymous internal review I suggested to hire leaders with applicable sector experience (someone who has been working in the industry for a few years). Since I left, I noticed the have had postings for sector mentors to train research associates.
I would recommend they continue to invest in their staff and provide a better environment to learn.
Take more time to get to know your interns.
