BAML takes the top spot from JPM while Barclays and ISI rise to share third place with MS.
Are this year's results surprising? Has JPM finally been dislodged or is this a temporary setback? Will ISI continue to gain share and could they take second (or first) place next year?
Any thoughts on the other BBs? Do the European banks (other than Barclays perhaps) lack the investment needed to be competitive in II?
