Tell me about a time that you worked on a team - what role did you play. What industries are you interested in covering. Asked about a company that I was interested in. Basically, the interviewer asked a lot of fit questions to test my personality and the interview was very light on technical questions. How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
I worked to answer all of the interviewers questions with specific examples. They asked a lot of follow up questions that helped drive the conversation. It is important to know everything on the resume because the interviewer asked a lot of pointed questions based on the experience that I had listed there. This was helpful though as it guided me to talk about things that they would be interested in. Talking about industries and companies was very conversational and not technically focused. Overall, it is just important to be able to tell interesting behavioral stories
