A good friend of mine was offered an equity research associate position in London by a BB. She has been working for a research boutique in NYC for 3 years post MBA (top 5) and the BB offered her PS95k base salary. She asked me for my view on the offer given I am based in London but as I am on the IBD side, I also do not have a clue. Could anyone on WSO based in London help shed some light on ER salary / bonus in London for post-MBA associates and the salary progression? Thanks very much in advance.
