What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
If a client wants you to share confidential information about its competitor, what would you do? Describe a time about your teamwork experience. other generic behavioral questions. Superday consists of 3 rounds of 1 to 1 interviews with either a VP or an MD. It was supposed to be structured as one of the VPs extended our interview time because we spent too much time on the stock pitch and he had to ask several behavioral questions on a piece of paper. Overall the most difficult question was incurred by me: I said I did research on E-commerce and the MD covered E-commerce.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
I basically prepared several stories on teamwork, strength, and what research I have been doing as a research assistant at my school. Basically the hirevue was one of the easiest among all I have ever done. The question time was ok ~1.5 min per question and they were practical questions so there was no way you could be stuck. As of the stock pitch, my pitch was good. They did expect a lot on valuation instead of fundamental research because it was a sell-side job. I was grilled very hard by the MD because I made a rookie mistake.
