The environment around the future and go forward path for the bank is disruptive and also isn’t good for junior trying to learn. With constant turnover and cost cutting, Junior development gets sweep aside a bit.

Please have more formalize programs in developing Junior talent especially on the S&T side. Otherwise most just don’t learn or get enough responsibility and either leave or change groups.
