I am looking to recruit FT in ER. This summer I am going to a credit fund, but working at an HF is where I wanted to be since I was a kid. I tried to recruit for IB for this summer and it didn't work out, but I still want to go to equities. Should I delay my graduation and do summer recruiting, or recruit full-time
