What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?: 
1.What PE is the S&P 500 currently trading at? 2.What is the 10-yr rate as of today? 3.Gave an example of two locations and asked to justify which would have a higher cap rate. 4.Asked three brainteaser questions. 5.Asked why I wanted to switch positions and then countered with a solution that poked a hole in my response. 6.During stock pitch where I pitched a stock that filed an IPO 2 years prior, I was asked if I had researched the company's history from it's private company days. 7.I was asked if pure play REITs are better than diversified REITs.

Process consisted of an interview with Hr, a skills assessment, an in person interview with more junior analysts, and a super day interview with a majority of the team.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?: 
1. I gave the current P/E which was approximately 16x. 2. I gave the current 10 yr yield which was 2.7% 3. This question was a little difficult without REIT experience but my answer overall focused on the more risky property having a higher cap rate. 4. Brainteasers were relatively easy but hard because they wanted an answer right away without many questions. 5. I said yes that is something else I could do. 6. I admitted that I hadn't looked back that far as they have grown considerably. 7. Pure play because if an investor wants to diversify they are better off buying multiple REITs where each pure play REIT has a manager with more defined expertise.
